  1. This is a work in progress.  I have parts of the documentation done
  2. and would suggest that you examine and understand the PROFF formatter
  3. before proceeding.

  5. The original program came from a TXEDIT disk I no longer have, it is
  6. PD.  It appears on the Fish #9.  If you put a space in col 1, it will
  7. do a paragraph.  Most of the directives are obvious.  If you want the
  8. source and doc, I can include them with this stuff...
